This relatively new and beautiful restaurant located in South Beach (520 West Avenue) gets its name from the measurements of the island of Puerto Rico: 100 miles wide x 35 miles height.
Carlos Rodriguez and chef Emmanuel Jimenez, have teamed up to give us genuine Puerto Rican flavor. And this is why we are bringing another pairing experience to such a lovely business and professionals! The 150-seat restaurant serves an extensive menu of traditional dishes like mofongo, fried snapper, pork chops, bacalaitos (cod fritters), sorullitos de maiz (cornmeal fritters) and alcapurrias, alongside Caribbean-inspired cocktails.
For our upcoming dinner we will feature three elegant wines from Spain and one from Argentina. We cannot wait to see all of our friends reacting to the amazing risotto of 'guandules' that chef Jimenez has prepared for the night. The impressions on the entrée served with Monte Quieto Alegre Gran Corte will be also very interesting to listen to!
